One of my favorite things to do in the summer with the children that I babysit for is to take them to different parks each week. Each park has something different to offer and you’re not hearing “We’re going to this park again?” from the back seat of your car! Win-Win!

My favorite park is in Frankfort. Main Park located just off of LaGrange Road (US 45) on Nebraska Street. There are two large pieces of equipment at this park. One is geared toward younger children so it’s great for the little ones. It also has a large sand area and is directly across the street from the Creamery so you can stop for ice cream on the way home! It also has bathroom facilities and a covered picnic bench area.
